Registration

RoyalCon will be held the weekend of September 14th to 16th.

Registration at the door will be cash-only. A Weekend pass will be $25, a Friday pass will be $5, a Saturday pass will be $15, and a Sunday pass will be $10.

You may also pre-register on-line by using the form below. If you pre-register for a Weekend pass, you pay only $20. To benefit from this pre-registration rate, we must receive your payment by September 7th, the day pre-registration will close. You may pay either by PayPal or by cheque; the details for both methods are also detailed below. Should you need to cancel your pre-registration, your fees are refundable, minus a $5 fee to cover expenses.

Those who pre-register will be able to sign up on-line for events once payment is received and event registration is opened. Those registering at the door will be able to sign up only on-site.

Note: Because of the additional costs, this is the only time you can sign-up online to one of the organized tournaments. If you choose not to do so and later change your mind, you will have to wait until the day of the convention to sign up. We regret this inconvenience.

Game Masters will receive a $10 gift certificate to spend on-site for each game slot they run, up to the full value of their registration cost. To receive this certificate, each Game Master must go to the Registration desk after the game is completed; gift certificates will only be given for games that are played, so it is the GM's responsibility to make the game attractive to players. Certificates are good anywhere on the convention floor, including the dealer's room, the consuite, and the garage sale.
