Games SubmissionRoyalConwill be held the weekend of September 14 to 16th. If you want your game to appear in the official program book, you must submit it on August 30 at 6h00 PM at the latest. You will still be able to submit games after that, but they will only be listed on the website and on a sheet that will be manually added to the program. SCHEDULE There will be eight different play slots:
If you would prefer to run a game in a certain timeslot, please indicate it in the Notes field. We can't guarantee it will be available, but we'll do what we can to respect your choice. Open gaming slots will have no scheduled events; during that time, the convention space will be available for players to arrange their own pick-up games. If you also want to participate to the Royal Tournament or to the Vampire: The Requiem Interactive Theater, please mention it in the Notes section so that we don't schedule your game Friday and/or Saturday night. If you have already submitted your game and want to participate to any of those events, send an email to the Head of programming. GM REWARD POLICY For each game that you run at RoyalCon, you will receive a $10 gift certificate, up to your registration fee. To get it, you have to present yourself at the registration desk at the end of your game session. The certificates can be used anywhere on the convention floor, either at the dealers, the garage sale, or the consuite. Remember that we only give refunds for games that actually happen. If your game is cancelled for any reason, including a lack of players, you won't get it. So make sure that your game looks interesting enough to attract lots of potential players! GAME SUBMISSION To submit a game for RoyalCon, please identify yourself by entering your email address in the textbox below. Note that you must be a registered attendee at RoyalCon before you may submit a game; if you have not yet registered, you may do so heresitemap |
